When will my order ship?

• Custom orders: ~1–2 weeks depending on complexity.
• Transit time:

-Europe: 8 - 12 business days
-Australia: 6 - 12 business days
-Asia: 4 - 7 business days
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
How do I track my order?
You can track your shipment anytime using our Order Tracking Page.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will also be sent to your email.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder—or contact us at kshitij@kalabotix.com, and we’ll resend the tracking details right away.
Will I pay duties or taxes on delivery?
We cover all taxes and import duties for your order—there are no additional fees upon delivery.
If you ever receive an email or SMS requesting extra payment, or asking you to handle import taxes or customs fees, do not proceed with payment.

When is my card charged?
At checkout after you confirm your order.
My payment was declined—what should I do?

Returns, Replacements & Warranty
The order arrived damaged or incomplete—what now?
Email kshitij@kalabotix.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible within 7 days. We’ll resolve it swiftly.
How do returns work?
• US returns: send the item in original packaging to our warehouse and email the waybill to kshitij@kalabotix.com. A full refund is issued upon receipt.
• International returns: contact kshitij@kalabotix.com for instructions.
• Return window: 30 days; condition: unused, original packaging.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes—lifetime warranty against craftsmanship defects. Excludes damage from moisture, heat, improper installation, or outdoor exposure.
Installation & Care
What’s included in the package?
Artwork, installation instructions, measuring tape, pencil, and assorted nails for common wall types.
How do I install the artwork?
Mounting hardware is pre-attached. For best results, hang on wall studs or use appropriate wall plugs (masonry).
• Edge length/diameter < 15.7 in (40 cm): 1 mounting point
• ≥ 31.5 in (80 cm): 2 mounting points
• In-between sizes: 2 points recommended for extra stability
Can I place it outdoors?
Not recommended. Sunlight, rain, and temperature swings can affect finish and color.
How do I care for it?
Keep away from humidity and direct sun. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth/brush. Avoid water and cleaning sprays.
Materials, Color & Specs
Will the artwork bend or crack?
We use FSC-certified birch plywood and eco-friendly adhesive for stability and longevity. Keep it dry and away from heat.
Will the color match what I see on screen?
Minor variations can occur across displays, lighting, and cameras. Need a closer match? Ask us for extra photos or Pantone-based color reference/matching support.
How many layers, how thick, how heavy?

Customization
Can I order a custom piece?
Absolutely—sizes, colors, engravings. Lead time typically 1–2 weeks. Email Kshitij@kalabotix.com; our design team will guide you.
